BETWEEN YOU AND E-TRAVEL.VN
Please read the following terms carefully before participating.
This is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Affiliate") and e-travel.vn, an e-commerce platform for travel services, owned and operated by our Company (hereinafter referred to as "e-travel.vn" or "We").
By submitting your online application and/or participating in our affiliate system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
e-travel.vn: A travel e-commerce platform offering services such as accommodation booking, attraction tickets, and intercity bus tickets, owned and operated by our Company.
Affiliate: An individual or organization who joins the affiliate program, receives an account, and is granted rights to create unique tracking links.
Valid customer: A customer who completes a successful booking through your tracking link, without cancellation or fraudulent behavior.
Affiliate commission: A payment made to the Affiliate based on revenue generated from valid customers, according to e-travel.vn’s published commission policy.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information.
Promote e-travel.vn through legal channels including websites, blogs, social media, email, etc., in compliance with local laws and social norms.
Not engage in spam, fraud, click manipulation, cookie stuffing, or self-booking to earn commission.
Not use e-travel.vn's brand name, logo, or image for paid advertising without prior written consent.
Bear full legal responsibility for any promotional content you publish.
We will:
Provide the affiliate system to generate tracking links.
Record and track transactions made by valid customers.
Pay commissions transparently and on time according to published policies.
Reserve the right to deny payment in case of violation or fraudulent activity.
Reserve the right to update the terms of this agreement and notify you via email or affiliate dashboard.
Commissions are automatically tracked when a customer successfully completes a transaction via your affiliate link.
The applicable commission rate is determined based on the official rate published in the Affiliate system.
Commission is only payable when:
The order is not canceled within the valid refund/cancellation period (usually 7–30 days depending on product type).
Your commission balance reaches the minimum threshold (e.g., VND 200,000).
You have submitted complete payment information and relevant documents (if required).
You are solely responsible for fulfilling all personal or corporate income tax obligations arising from your affiliate earnings, as required by Vietnamese law.
If required by law, e-travel.vn will withhold applicable taxes before making any payments and may provide tax documentation upon request.
You agree that e-travel.vn is not liable for any failure on your part to fulfill your tax obligations.
This agreement becomes effective from the date your Affiliate account is activated. It may be terminated:
By you at any time via written request or email.
By e-travel.vn, at its sole discretion, in case of any violation, fraud, or actions that harm the Company’s reputation.
e-travel.vn reserves the right to amend or update this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted publicly in the Affiliate section. Continued use of your Affiliate account after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
You are not allowed to bid on paid advertising keywords that include “e-travel.vn” or any confusingly similar terms.
You must not impersonate e-travel.vn employees or use branding materials without explicit written permission.
You may not distribute links via spam emails, unauthorized groups, or illegal channels.
You are responsible for keeping your Affiliate account credentials secure.
You may not share or disclose customer, transaction, or system data without authorization.
e-travel.vn reserves the right to collect, store, and process your personal data in compliance with its privacy policy and applicable Vietnamese law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in Hanoi, Vietnam.
You may only use e-travel.vn’s branding, images, and materials that are officially provided or pre-approved in writing.
You are strictly prohibited from modifying or misrepresenting content in a way that could harm or confuse the public about our brand.
If a customer cancels, disputes, or receives a refund, any commission earned on that transaction may be adjusted or revoked.
The data recorded in e-travel.vn’s system will be the sole and final basis for commission calculations and payments.
e-travel.vn is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or data loss unless directly caused by our intentional misconduct.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any system tracking disruptions but are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
Affiliate accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, lend, or delegate access under any circumstances.
If you are a business or organization, you must designate an authorized representative and provide supporting documentation when requested.
Commission rates or payment terms may be subject to separate contracts or written agreements.
